Ingredients

  • 1 lbs London Broil, sliced thin

  • 1 1/3 cup orange juice

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 1 TBS corn starch

  • 2 TBS oyster sauce

  • 1 TBS sesame oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, grated

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

  • Orange zest

  • Black pepper

  • Non-stick cooking spray

Directions

  • In large bowl with a lid, whisk together the orange juice, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, corn starch, ginger, garlic, and black pepper.
  • Slice the steak into super thin strips, cutting against the grain. Add the steak into the bowl with the marinade.
  • Marinade in the refrigerator for an hour or longer. (I like to prep the night before).
  • Heat a large wok or sauté pan. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In batches without overcrowding the pan, cook the steak for 2-3 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  • If you have extra marinade remaining, bring to a boil in a sauce pan. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve over rice, with a vegetable like broccoli, and with sauce.
