Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup Jasmine rice

  • 2 cans coconut milk

Directions

  • In medium-sized pot with a lid, combine rice and coconut milk.
  • Bring to a boil. Stir. Cover. Simmer on low for 15-20 minutes until rice is fluffy.
