Ingredients

  • 1 lbs ground chicken

  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt

  • 1/2 tsp onion salt

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley

  • dash of crushed red pepper

  • Pizza
  • 1-2 cups of pizza sauce

  • 2 cups of fat-free mozzarella cheese

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Spray a pie dish with non-stick cooking spray. Alternatively, you can use a pizza stone, and place a piece of parchment paper.
  • In large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, parmesan, and spices. The mixture will be super wet.
  • Spread the chicken mixture out into circular disc evenly distributed to approximately 1/2 inch thickness.
  • Bake for 22 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
  • Night of Instructions
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Top crust with pizza sauce.
  • Top sauce with mozzarella cheese.
  • If starting with a cold crust, bake for 15-20 minutes OR 10 minutes if you are cooking the same night you made the crust. Bake until cheese is melted.

Notes

  • I have reviewed a few different recipes for the chicken parm crust pizza. Some call for breaded the crust. I figured that was just calories you don’t need. If you want the breading, then take the seasoned chicken, spread it into a disc with plastic wrap, and freeze for two hours. Then dip with egg followed by seasoned bread crumbs. You can bake it for about 30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
