Ranch dressing

You won’t believe this ranch dressing is actually non-fat. Making your own “buttermilk” by souring skim milk and combining it with non-fat Greek dressing will leave your taste buds thinking the fat is still in the dressing!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup skim milk

  • 1 TBS lemon juice

  • 1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt

  • 2 tsp spicy brown mustard

  • 1 TBS dried parsley

  • 1 tsp granulated garlic

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp dried chives

  • pinch of salt and black pepper

Directions

  • Add lemon juice to skim milk and allow to sit for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, whisk remaining ingredients together.
  • After ten minutes, add the soured skim milk to the mixture and whisk together.
  • Enjoy your dressing as a dipping sauce, over salad, or as a sandwich condiment.
