1 lbs London Broil, sliced thin
1 1/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 TBS corn starch
2 TBS oyster sauce
1 TBS sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
Orange zest
Black pepper
Non-stick cooking spray
Directions
- In large bowl with a lid, whisk together the orange juice, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, corn starch, ginger, garlic, and black pepper.
- Slice the steak into super thin strips, cutting against the grain. Add the steak into the bowl with the marinade.
- Marinade in the refrigerator for an hour or longer. (I like to prep the night before).
- Heat a large wok or sauté pan. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- In batches without overcrowding the pan, cook the steak for 2-3 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- If you have extra marinade remaining, bring to a boil in a sauce pan. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve over rice, with a vegetable like broccoli, and with sauce.
