Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup light brown sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1 cup flour, sifted

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 3 cups oats

  • 1 cup raisins

  • 1/4 cup dried cherries

  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips

  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In stand mixer or with hand mixer, add softened butter. Cream with eggs and brown sugar.
  • Add vanilla, salt, and baking soda. Mix to combine.
  • In batches, add the sifted flour and mix to combine.
  • In batches, add the oats and mix to combine.
  • Add in the raisins, cherries, white chocolate chips, and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Mix to combine.
  • Scoop out cookies onto parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Make into 1 in. balls and spread them evenly fitting about 3 in a row.
  • Bake for 10-14 minutes until brown.
  • Let sit for a few minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to cool.

Notes

  • If you do not have any of your add-ins, you can add anything you have on hand.
