1 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1 cup light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour, sifted
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups oats
1 cup raisins
1/4 cup dried cherries
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In stand mixer or with hand mixer, add softened butter. Cream with eggs and brown sugar.
- Add vanilla, salt, and baking soda. Mix to combine.
- In batches, add the sifted flour and mix to combine.
- In batches, add the oats and mix to combine.
- Add in the raisins, cherries, white chocolate chips, and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Mix to combine.
- Scoop out cookies onto parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Make into 1 in. balls and spread them evenly fitting about 3 in a row.
- Bake for 10-14 minutes until brown.
- Let sit for a few minutes and then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
Notes
- If you do not have any of your add-ins, you can add anything you have on hand.
