A local restaurant called the Flying Pig has this incredible item on the menu – Chicken Parm Pizza with the chicken parm as the crust. It’s one of those trendy, unique items making it’s way across the country. Catch up with the trend by following this simple recipe. The best part, is you can make the crust on a different day, put in the fridge, and then you only need another 15 minutes of baking on the night you are eating it.

- Night of Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Notes
- I have reviewed a few different recipes for the chicken parm crust pizza. Some call for breaded the crust. I figured that was just calories you don’t need. If you want the breading, then take the seasoned chicken, spread it into a disc with plastic wrap, and freeze for two hours. Then dip with egg followed by seasoned bread crumbs. You can bake it for about 30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
