Tagalong Trifle (or Peanut Butter Patty Parfait)

Once you have your cookies, you can eat straight out of the box, or learn how to make them even better! This dessert combines fluffy peanut butter mousse with Tagalong crumbs.

Ingredients

  • 10 Tagalong Girl Scout Cookies (also called Peanut Butter Patties)

  • 1 container non-fat whipped topping (like Cool Whip)

  • 3 TBS peanut butter powder (like PB Fit)

Directions

  • Fully defrost the whipped topping so that it is soft.
  • In a bowl, add whipped topping. Then whisk into the whipped topping the peanut butter powder.
  • In Ninja blender or food processor, add 10 Tagalong cookies. Crush cookies to create a crumble.
  • Add whipped topping to a pastry bag or a ziplock bag. Cut corner from ziplock bag so the whipped topping can be piped into a glass.
  • Add layers of whipped topping and cookie crumble to create a beautiful parfait.
  • Refrigerate for one hour to set.
