Ingredients

  • 5 overripe bananas

  • 2 cups quick oats

  • 1 TBS baking powder

  • 2 TBS hot cocoa mix (with sugar / not unsweetened cocoa powder)

  • Grease a loaf pan.
  • Add mix to loaf pan.
  • Add dollops of peanut butter into bread mix. Then using two forks, swirl the peanut butter into the mixture.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean (though if you get a dollop of peanut butter, try a clean knife elsewhere).
  • Let cool for ten minutes. Then cut and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can add other things into your bread, like chopped peanuts, chocolate chips, or even a can of chick peas (drained).
