Asian Beef

Who needs take-out when you have a slow cooker? This easy recipe is as simple as dumping some items in the slow cooker in the morning, and having dinner ready when you get home. I served my beef with a quick napa cabbage stir fry on the side.

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs of London Broil, sliced into thin strips

  • 1 onion cut into large slices

  • 1 cup beef broth

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 3 TBS soy sauce

  • 1 TBS granulated garlic

  • 1 tsp freshly grated ginger

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Directions

  • Cut the London broil into thin slices. Add to basin of slow cooker.
  • Add sliced onion.
  • In large measuring cup, whisk broth, brown sugar, granulated garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
  • Add liquid into the base of the slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 and a half hours. Serve immediately.
