Move over, James Bond – we found something better to have shaken not stirred – ice cream! My daughter found a video where someone made ice cream by shaking milk in a bag inside a bag with ice and salt, so we had to experiment. It worked! Shake your way to an ice cold treat without an ice cream maker or waiting for cream to freeze. Ice cream, shaken not stirred!

Notes
- You could add a scoop of cocoa powder, for chocolate ice cream. We wanted to start simply. It was delicious and creamy!
