You won’t believe this ranch dressing is actually non-fat. Making your own “buttermilk” by souring skim milk and combining it with non-fat Greek dressing will leave your taste buds thinking the fat is still in the dressing!

1/3 cup skim milk
1 TBS lemon juice
1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
2 tsp spicy brown mustard
1 TBS dried parsley
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried chives
pinch of salt and black pepper
Directions
- Add lemon juice to skim milk and allow to sit for 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, whisk remaining ingredients together.
- After ten minutes, add the soured skim milk to the mixture and whisk together.
- Enjoy your dressing as a dipping sauce, over salad, or as a sandwich condiment.
