minutesIngredients
2 boxes sugar-free Jell-O cheesecake flavored pudding
4 cups skim milk
32 oz. Cool Whip Lite (or other frozen whipped topping)
8 blue-filling Oreos, crushed
16 red-filling Oreos, crushed
8 white-filled Oreos, crushed
50 white star or pearl candies
Directions
- Whisk pudding mix with milk for 2 minutes.
- Fold in the Cool Whip.
- In a 9×13 glass pan, add a thin layer of pudding mixture.
- Add layer of crushed white Oreos.
- Add remainder of pudding on top of Oreos to hide them.
- Add blue-crushed Oreos to top left corner of your pan.
- Add red-crushed Oreos in seven stripes to form the United States flag. (The pudding will be the six white stripes).
- Add the 50 white pearls/stars to the blue rectangle to represent the United States flag.
- Cover with foil. Chill for 2 hours until ready to serve.
Notes
- I used low fat and no sugar pudding/whipped topping since the Oreos are so sweet. You can feel free to use what you have on hand.
