Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken

2 lbs chicken breasts
16 oz. peach salsa
1 TBS fajita seasoning

Directions
- Add chicken breasts to basin of slow cooker.
- Season with salt and fajita seasoning.
- Pour jar of peach salsa on top of chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken. Serve over rice.
Notes
- You can use frozen chicken in this recipe. Cut the frozen chicken into cubes to ensure even cooking.
- Use any leftovers as the filling for enchilladas.
