Faster than your local pizzeria, have pizza on the table in 20 minutes or less. I beat out Rachel Ray’s 30 minute meal! My kids wanted to make their own pizza. So I quickly whipped up dough from two ingredients and let them pick their toppings and assemble. They loved it! This recipe is perfect for a small dinner party where you let your guests make their own pizza from a variety of toppings. Or let your kids go crazy in the kitchen. They’ll want to cook every night with pizza on the menu.

minutesIngredients
1 cup self-rising flour – if you don’t have it see note below
1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup cheese
(optional) 10 slices turkey pepperoni
1/8 cup of all-purpose flour (or self-rising) reserved for kneading of dough
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- On a baking sheet, place a sheet of parchment paper.
- Combine the flour and yogurt with a spoon. Once the dough starts to come together, knead it with your hands. Have the extra flour close by in case the dough gets too sticky.
- Once the dough is formed, on a clean counter, spread out some of the flour. Take 1/2 of the dough and spread it out into a circle using a rolling pin. Make it even.
- Add the circle of dough onto the baking sheet. Repeat with the other half of the dough.
- Let your kids or party guests spoon on sauce, cheese, and whatever toppings they like.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until crust starts to brown.
- Enjoy your piping hot pizza! Be careful the cheese will be super hot!
Notes
- If you do not have self-rising flour, just all 1.5 tsp of baking powder and 1/4 tsp of salt to all-purpose flour.
- There are so many toppings you can add from vegetables to meats. Let your guests / kids choose from a variety of options.
