Who needs take-out when you have a slow cooker? This easy recipe is as simple as dumping some items in the slow cooker in the morning, and having dinner ready when you get home. I served my beef with a quick napa cabbage stir fry on the side.

1 lbs of London Broil, sliced into thin strips
1 onion cut into large slices
1 cup beef broth
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 TBS soy sauce
1 TBS granulated garlic
1 tsp freshly grated ginger
1 tsp sesame oil
Directions
- Cut the London broil into thin slices. Add to basin of slow cooker.
- Add sliced onion.
- In large measuring cup, whisk broth, brown sugar, granulated garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
- Add liquid into the base of the slow cooker. Cook on low for 6 and a half hours. Serve immediately.
