I am a full-time lawyer, mother of two elementary school kids, and food-aholic. Being a working mom means I have less time to devote to home-cooked meals. The goal of this site is to show you that eating healthy doesn’t have to be its own full-time job. I am here to show you short-cuts and tricks to make your meals kid-friendly, healthy, and most importantly, efficient uses of your time.
By day (and many nights), I am a New Jersey lawyer specializing in plaintiff’s personal injury matters, attorney ethics, and appeals. By evening, I switch hats to being a mom. I am often running from work to meetings to home, so taking time for a home-cooked meal can sometimes take a backseat.
Eating healthy is a priority. I had to learn secrets to infusing flavor and healthy cooking into meals that my kids will eat. My tricks turned into Cooking Up Justice!
Let me show you how you, too, can replace bad fats with healthier ones, while judiciously spending your time in the kitchen.
